Cheryl A.  Doss, R.N.,  is a Florida licensed registered nurse and  licensed facial specialist,  certified in medical aesthetics by Central Texas College, Killeen, TX. NCTA - Cheryl has been a participant in studies launched by the National Cosmetic Tattooing Association for the scientific advancement of the industry.  This particular study involved the effects of medications on the longevity of permanent makeup applications.
